Ingredients
60mLGin
30mLLemon Juice
20mLSimple Syrup*or to taste.
Egg white
Club Soda
Garnish with lemon wedge(optional)
Instructions
Add Gin, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, and Egg White to a cocktail shaker and dry shake (i.e. shake without ice) it for a good amount of time. This helps get the froth out of the egg.
Add ice to the shaker and shake again until nice and cold.
Strain into a Collins glass with a few fresh ice cubes in it. Top up with Club Soda.
Garnish, enjoy.
