The Gordon's Cup is made up of Gin, Lime, Cucumber, and Simple Syrup. It's a light and refreshing drink that's perfect for brunch or the early afternoon. Gin and Cucumber is a not so surprising combination. It's not used extremely frequently but, when it is, it's a great one!The Gordon's Cup was first created at the Milk and Honey in New York City. The bar is no longer with us but the cocktail lives on.Try one of these out for a change.

Notes
*If you want to make Simple Syrup at home, here's a recipe. Some people like to sprinkle a little bit of salt and/or pepper on top of the drink after serving. This could go well with the Lime Juice. See if you like it this way and, if you do, keep doing it. If you don't like it this way, don't keep doing it!
