Hazelnut Cherry Fizz
The combination of cherry and hazelnut make this drink a winner. As a fizz, this is a longer drink that's plenty refreshing regardless of the weather. And don't worry, it still has plenty of kick, making it even more fun.A lot of fizzes call for egg white to get the desired foam on top, not this one, but with plenty of shaking, and the addition of Soda Water, you should get the desired look and feel to this cocktail. If not, keep practicing and you'll have it in no time.Yum!
Ingredients
- 20 mL Frangelico
- 20 mL Cherry Liqueur
- 20 mL Lime Juice
- 45 mL Vodka
- 90 mL Club Soda/Soda Water
- Garnish with a cherry
Instructions
- Pour the Frangelico, Cherry Liqueur, Lime Juice, and Vodka into a shaker with plenty of ice.
- Shake until very cold.
- Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
- Top up with Club Soda and stir briefly.
- Garnish, drink, enjoy.

The ingredients are quite varied, but usually at least call for Soda Water and quite often an egg white.
