Ranch Water
A Texas classic, Ranch Water is just Tequila, Lime, and Sparkling Water combined to create a refreshing yet simple cocktail that's enjoyable on a hot day in the sun. After all, this cocktail was created by Texas ranchers to cool down after a long day in the sun (hence the name). Feel free to try this recipe with a Tequila or Mezcal of your choice if you don't have Blanco on hand.
Ingredients
- 45 mL Tequila Blanco
- 15 mL Lime Juice
- 120 mL Sparkling Water
- Garnish with lime wedge
Instructions
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Pour in Tequila and Lime Juice and stir.
- Top up with water.
- Garnish, serve.
