Ingredients
60mLTequila Reposado
30mLLemon Juice
15mLLime Juice
2barspoonsAgave Syrup*(or Simple Syrup)
2dashesAngostura Bitters
Egg White(optional)
Garnish with lime wedge
Instructions
Add Tequila, Lemon Juice, Lime Juice, Agave Syrup, and Egg White to a cocktail shaker without ice. Dry shake for about 15-30 seconds to froth the egg.
Add ice to the shaker and shake again until cold.
Strain intol a Rocks glass.
Garnish with a few dashes of bitters and lime.
Drink.

*If you don't have Agave Syrup you can substitute honey or Simple Syrup.Use good quality Tequila and fresh juice for the best results. If you use poor spirits, all of your sour cocktail may end up tasting the same.
