Can I make more than one Vodka Martini in a mixing glass?

This wouldn’t be a problem. If you’re trying to make cocktails for a few people, it’s fine to simply just add more ingredients to the mixing glass in order to make enough for everybody.

Can I keep this cocktail to serve for later?

Again, this wouldn’t be a problem. Stir everything together, put it in a glass, and leave it in the fridge until you’re ready to drink it. It will still be tasty!

Is there a good time to have a Vodka Martini?

Martinis, regardless of their variety, always feel like a cocktail party kind of cocktail. They have some sophistication to them, they look good, and they taste good. It’s nice just to walk around with a Martini in your hand while mingling with friends. A Vodka Martini is also insanely easy to make, meaning that you’ll get your drink quickly (which is great for you!) and others won’t be waiting long for their drinks either (which is good for them!). So, whether the party is a fancy cocktail party with a proper bartender, or if it’s something more casual at a person’s house where the host/you are making cocktails, you’re well set with the Vodka Martini!

Is the Vodka Martini a strong cocktail?

Kind of… This cocktail recipe is essentially just 60 mL of Vodka with a little bit of Dry Vermouth in it. If you’re thinking about the alcohol by volume of a Vodka Martini, it’s pretty much the same alcohol by volume of the Vodka you’re using; maybe a little bit less thanks to the Dry Vermouth. All that being said, a lot of cocktails typically use about 60 mL of whatever spirit they use. So if you’re thinking about total alcohol in a Vodka Martini, it’s no more than what you would get with a lot of other recipes.

Is there a good kind of music that goes with a Vodka Martini?

The Vodka Martini is pretty classy and sophisticated. As mentioned, you can just picture people at a nice party holding one of these in their hand. At said party, perhaps some Smooth Jazz is playing in the background. It adds to the atmosphere of everything and adds a little bit more class to the event. Smooth Jazz can often be a little bit corny, but as long as you keep it good Smooth Jazz rather than the corny stuff, you should be OK.
