Although a Martini is just
Gin with Dry Vermouth, the category of Martini has grown a little bit
to be more about a style than it is about the actual ingredients in the
cocktail itself. Here are all the recipes that can vaguely be called a
Martini, either because it calls itself a Martini or because it’s a variation
on the classic Martini recipe. Yes, some Martini purists won’t like some
of these recipes, but others will like to riff off of the standard recipe.
