A super simple Irish Whiskey and Ginger Ale cocktail, the Whiskey Ginger is basically just that, with a bit of lime for good measure. Being a tall drink, the Whiskey Ginger is also a relatively low alcohol mixed drink, so it's nice and refreshing without getting too over the top.
If you like Whiskey, or you like Ginger Ale, or both, this is a great cocktail to try. Or perhaps you're not sure and you're just looking for something refreshing with a bit of a kick. This is also a great cocktail for you.

Ingredients

  • 45 mL Irish Whiskey
  • 150 mL Ginger Ale
  • 1 Lime Wedge

Instructions

  • Fill a tall glass with ice.
  • Add the Whiskey.
  • Top up with Ginger Ale.
  • Squeeze the Lime into the drink and drop it in. Stir gently.
  • Serve and enjoy.
